THE Ayala’s Centrio Mall has started hosting free sports clinics at the mall’s activity center.

Centrio is offering three sports classes in Muay Thai, Rugby and Karatedo.

Muay Thai schedule is on every Tuesdays starting from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Muay Thai specialist of the Mindanao Ultimate Mixed Martial Arts (Mumma) Ely Fernandez will conduct the Muay Thai clinic.

Fernandez won a gold medal in last year’s Philippine National Muay Thai Championships.

“We are inviting everyone to join the free clinic as we will showcase our featured fighters,” said Beh Barothy Hung, owner and manager of Mumma.

Cagayan de Oro Rugby Club will demonstrate their sport every Wednesday. SRX Fitness Studio will showcase karatedo every Thursday at the same time.

Aside from the sports classes, they will also offer free dance and cooking classes.

The dance classes will be held every Mondays which started on April 17, while the cooking class is set on Fridays.

SRX Fitness is offering the dance classes while Monster Kitchen is handling the cooking lessons.

The free classes started on April 17 and will end on May 12.
