TODAY is the birthday of Noynoy Aquino. Noynoy was born on February 8, 1960.
There will be a noise barrage to be held in Divisoria at 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 noon in honor of Noynoy who is running for president in the May elections. Noynoy is my candidate. All supporters of Noynoy are welcome to join the noise barrage. Please wear yellow!
Tomorrow, February 9, there will be an Opening Salvo of the National Campaign for Noynoy and vice-presidential candidate Mar Roxas. Assembly time is 1:30 p.m. at the Gaston Park near the Bishop*s House.

These activities are initiated by the Multi-sectoral Group for NoyMar. For those who are interested to join this group, I will cite here its mission-vision statement:
*In seeking transformational changes in our political landscape that has long been eroded by a deep-seated culture of corruption and transactional patronage, we have bound ourselves together and rally our unified support behind the Noy-Mar tandem who, we strongly believe, embody the organizational objectives and vision we have for a rejuvenated Philippine society:
* The strengthening and swelling of support in the political campaign leading to the installation of the Noy-Mar tandem as leaders of this country;
* The growth in spirit and in the number of individual and group volunteers who shall help advance the cause and thrust of the electoral campaign;
* The adherence and promotion of agenda- and/or platform-based objectives that shall steer the campaign, as well as the government policies, activities, programs in the course of political governance from 2010 and beyond;
* An overhaul in the corroded political mindsets of individuals who have long been desensitized by a culture of indifference and apathy towards maturity in making the right electoral decisions and choices;
* An invigoration of civic duties that uphold personal responsibilities in the engagement towards the socio-, political, and cultural transformation of the local and national milieus; and,
* The advancement of a true people*s campaign that shall guide and steer the purpose and reason for good and honest governance.
We trust these organizational visions and mission will take deeper root with the election of the Aquino-Roxas ticket in 2010, and that the electoral engagement shall live on, establishing the dreams and goals we have for a better Philippines even beyond.
