2 killers: autopsy

TWO kinds of stab wounds were inflicted on the body Nils Frode Steen Aksnes, according to the findings of Dr. Nestor Sator, medico-legal officer and chief of the Regional Crime Laboratory Office 7.

Sator said the serious wounds were clean cuts and mostly on the left side of Aksnes’ body.

On other parts of his body, Sator noted another type of wound with “ragged edges.” He also said there was a lacerated wound on Aksnes’ head.

Sator surmised that there was more than one attacker.

“Kay murag bakikaw man tingali ug sa usa ka kamot nagdala ug kutsilyo, unya sa pikas, buak na botelya,” Sator told reporters.

Three persons, one of them a 16-year-old girl, were charged for the Norwegian’s death.

However, only the 16-year-old girl owned up to the killing.

Aksnes, 51, died of multiple gunshot wounds Monday morning.

Nisil Mate Ceriales, Cheril Mate Nocete, a 16-year-old girl and Nocete’s 12-year-old daughter claimed Aksnes held them hostage since Saturday night and that they only got to fight back on Monday morning.

They also alleged that Aksnes wielded a gun, a knife and an axe.

Asked if it was possible a 16-year-old girl could attack Aksnes, Sator said it was, especially if she was driven by anger.

He noted, however, that the girl’s claim that she hit Aksnes on the head with a bottle would explain the laceration on the head. He added that if the strike caused the bottle to break, it would also explain the ragged edges of the other wounds.

Sator said they extracted urine samples from Aksnes to determine if he used drugs before his death. This was because operatives found drug paraphernalia in the house. Ceriales was also made to undergo a drug test.

Aksnes was also subjected to a paraffin test after gunshots were heard after the alleged hostage-taking.

Aksnes’ wife Teresa does not believe her husband held the four persons hostage.

In a dyLA report yesterday afternoon, Teresa was quoted as saying that some cash was missing and she believes those charged for her husband’s death stole it.
She added that the 16-year-old girl may have been brought to Cebu for her husband.

This was after she read some sent items from her husband’s cellular phone. She claimed text messages sent to Ceriales showed her husband “ordered” two girls from Ceriales.

Teresa said her relationship with Aksnes turned sour in 2006 after he had affairs with other women.

She described him as a loving and thoughtful father and husband and his only fault was that he could not stay loyal to her.
They met in 1996 and got married after five years of living together.

At the Bureau of Immigration (BI) Cebu, Alien Control Officer Casimiro Madarang III said his office will look into how Aksnes was granted permanent residency.

Madarang said the bureau couldn’t do anything if Aksnes used an assumed name. He said they would know how he got residency once they go over his records.

He said a Filipino wife can petition for the issuance of a non-quota immigrant visa for her husband. They will then be required to submit documents like his birth certificate and a certification that he has no criminal record in his own country.

According to Norwegian media, Aksnes was convicted of rape and drugs charges.

As a Norwegian, I will

As a Norwegian, I will suggest that the person who killed this beast should receive a reward of 1 million pesos (minimum)from the Norwegian state. She is a real hero!!!
