CEBU'S world-famous CPDRC dancing inmates may have danced their last dance with the late Michael Jackson’s choreographer Travis Payne.

Choreographer Gwen Lador has resigned, while Capitol security consultant Byron Garcia, who initiated dancing exercises, may be sulking somewhere after his sister, Gov. Gwen Garcia, took charge of the jail.

Capitol information consultant Rory Jon Sepulveda said CPDRC is not about dancing but rehabilitation.

Capitol officials are also worried, he said, of inmates having coughs and colds because of too much dancing.

Who wants the dancing inmates to turn into coughing inmates with running noses?

The Cebu City Council authorized Mayor Tommy Osmeña to sue rival Atan Guardo for libel for saying City Hall blocked his aid distribution to fire victims.

But wait, the mayor also sued Sun.Star Cebu editor-in-chief Pachico Seares and reporter Rene Martel, exceeding authority granted him.

Probably he's sending a clear message to all that he doesn't want to become the Council's rubber stamp.

Sen. Ping Lacson, former top cop-turned fugitive for his alleged link to the Bubby Dacer-Emmanuel Corbito double murder case, has left for another country, possibly in Asia.

Some have observed how the tables were turned: from hunter to hunted.

Not exactly.

When he was PNP chief, fugitives were known to have left for another world.

NBI's counterterrorism chief Ric Diaz said it is possible Sen. Ping Lacson may have sneaked back into the country unnoticed, wearing a disguise.

Sen. Ping may play "Catch Me If You Can" but he should not be lured into wearing a disguise copying some of the most recognizable celebrities today like "Nanay Dionisia" or Kris Aquino.

The Reproductive Health Bill, which is widely opposed by the Roman Catholic church, is good as dead for now.

Pro-life congressmen led by House Deputy Speaker and Cebu City north district Rep. Raul del Mar blocked its passage.

Now it can be said that pro-life congressmen caused the bill's abortion.
