TO continuously meet the various needs of its customers, Brother International Philippines Corp. opened its new service center at JPS Mango Plaza yesterday.
Brother International Philippines assistant general manager Glenn Hocson said the center is meant to provide a quality customer service to its more than 10,000 clients in Cebu. The new service center offers a venue for customers to raise product concerns like product check-ups and repairs.

“Aside from this, we also want to make the company visible to the public. That’s why we have chosen a good location where there is foot traffic,” Hocson said.
Brother International Philippines is one of the sales subsidiaries of Brother International Singapore Pte. Ltd. Inc. It started its operation in 2000. Among its key products
are laser printers, Multi-Function Centers (MFCs), fax machines, labelers, label printers and a range of home and industrial sewing machines.
Hocson said Brother products continue to be in demand in the home and workgroup market and they are considering expansion, such as putting up another service center in the city, when the need arises.
He added that with its continued growth, they are confident of getting more clients, especially now that more Filipinos are engaged in small-medium enterprises (SMEs).
He also noted that the business sector has remained resilient despite the worldwide recession and the recent typhoons that hit the country.
