Coffee firm launches product

COFFEE company Mascafe 9-in-1 International recently launched its product in Cebu, which serves as its pilot area.

Mascafe 9-in-1 International president and chief executive officer Andy Manatad said there is a growing demand for healthy coffee in the country today.

He said the country’s total consumption reaches 65,000 metric tons per year.

Mascafe 9-in-1 is positioned as a healthy coffee drink with numerous health benefits that help fight diseases and stress.

“The best thing about Mascafe 9-in-1 is that its best for diabetics as it uses sucralose as its sweetener,” Manatad said.

Ingredients

Mascafe 9-in-1 is also a mixture of the world’s finest coffee beans with added ingredients like Korean Ginseng, Agaricus Blazei Murill, Spirulina, Moringa, and Peruvian Maca, he said.

The company said their product helps fight cancer and is a natural aphrodisiac and immunity booster.

Manatad said he spent P500,000 to start the business. The company has contracted a manufacturing facility in Quezon City for the production of the coffee.

With the introduction of the Mascafe 9-in-1 here, Manatad said they hope to sell at least 10,000 boxes a month. The company also plans to bring the products to Luzon and Mindanao.

Mascafe 9-in-1 can be purchased through direct selling and networking.

Manatad said they also want to encourage Filipinos to become entrepreneurs as the business only requires a low capital outlay and is supported by the company’s e-commerce system.
