MARIA Luisa North-The Heritage (MLN-TH) in Jagobiao, Mandaue City recently hosted an open house to invite prospective buyers, as part of their drive to sell the entire project within two years.
The Heritage is a newly rebranded Maria Luisa Properties (MLP) project, an exclusive 13.6-hectare subdivision developed by Agro-Macro Development Corp.
MLP office manager Wendilyn V. Castro said they wanted potential homeowners to envision what it would be like to live in The Heritage. She recalled that when the property was first opened to the public in 2011, they found three on-the-spot buyers.
MLN-TH contractor Zaida Lee of local home developer HomiLee Inc. also expressed confidence in their collaboration with MLP.
MLP sales and marketing director Mary Grace Cejas said they were hoping to book 80 families or total sales of P20 million from the event, their first marketing effort since the rebranding.
The project, tagged as the “Junior Maria Luisa”, has 244 lots at P9,600 to P12,000 per square meter, with six cuts allotted for commercial use at P14,000 per sq. m.
MLP will host on-site events each week, like a zumba fitness party in the middle of this month and yoga sessions after Holy Week, to emphasize how conducive the property is to healthy living.
