Monday briefing on real estate boom

WORLDWIDE Central Properties will host an economic briefing titled “Growth opportunities in the property sector: How long will the boom last?” on Monday, March 18.
Prof. Enrique Soriano will discuss opportunities for growth during the forum, which will start at 5 p.m. in the Cebu City Marriott Hotel.
Soriano chairs the Marketing Cluster and serves as Program director for real estate at
the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is also executive director of Singapore-based Powell & Post LLC, and Corporate Turnaround Adviser of the Wong and Bernstein Group (W&B), two Asia Pacific-based Business Advisory firms whose clientele include Asia’s top 500 companies.
He has over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. He writes a weekly business column for a US newspaper and recently finished a book on family succession, “Ensuring the Family Business Legacy: Powerful Insights About Leadership and Succession.”
