A RESTAURANT that recently opened in Cebu City is offering a “fusion of favorites.”
Bites Ecila, a restaurant located in the CJRS Building in the Asiatown IT Park in Barangay Lahug held its grand opening last Saturday to cater to customers who are looking for a place where their “all-time favorite” pasta, steak, appetizers, soup and salad are served.
The restaurant also offers Filipino dishes like crispy pata, pork humba, beef kare kare, pochero and dinuguan, among others.
Bites Ecila operations manager Clarisse Marionne Osmena said the restaurant also prides itself for adopting home-inspired recipes. She said Bites’ dish lineup is a product of the family’s various specialties, with her mother and three other siblings contributing to the menu.
Included in its lineup are prawns scampi, beef tapa, baked oysters, baked scallop, spaghetti Bolognese, and many others. It’s best selling is cowboy steak, rib-eye and lasagna.
The family has also been in the food business in the past eight years but has decided to combine each restaurant’s menu in Bites, hence the fusion of favorites.
Osmena added that Bites has also adopted a pink atmosphere to give customers a “delightful eating experience” and give them the impression of “affordable” food.
Average prices at Bites Ecila range from P100 to P200.
The restaurant has a total sitting capacity of 150 people. It has one function room that can hold up to 20 people.
