Prohomes to conclude selling remaining Hanniyah units-A A +A
Monday, December 9, 2013
PROHOMES Development Inc. (PDI) will soon conclude the selling of the remaining townhouse units in Hanniyah Subdivision in Babag, Lapulapu City.
The company expects to complete the sale of the remaining over 50 homes after its sellers sold out more than 100 units over the past two months, according to sales and marketing manager Michele D. Chiu.
It was only in February this year after Johndorf Ventures Corp. (JVC) acquired PDI when it re-launched Hanniyah II just as half of the planned townhouses were then ready for occupancy.
“The turnout affirmed our being bullish about the real property market,” Chiu said.
Prohomes started to develop Hanniyah Homes three years ago in a six-hectare property across the parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Barangay Babag, completing phase one in over a year with all its units sold out and fully occupied.
Prohomes proceeded with phase two last year at the south side of the subdivision, investing P100 million for the eighth gated subdivision built in Cebu, part of the P800 million JVC earmarked for Cebu in 2013.
Model units at Hanniyah II have been furnished with contemporary and Mediterranean themes to give buyers an idea of how to fix their homes. These are open for site visits for brokers and their buyers from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day.
With a townhouse valued at about P1.25 million, buyers can acquire them through Pag-ibig or bank financing.
The gated community has a multi-purpose hall, basketball court, landscaped parks and playgrounds, concrete road networks with underground drainage system and a commercial area, among other amenities. (PR)
