JOHNDORF Ventures Corp. (JVC) reported that the last two subdivisions it developed in Cebu have been sold out. Homeowners have acquired the 203 middle-class townhouses at Portville Prime in barangays Bangkal and Buaya as well as the 431 Asian-themed townhouses at Navona in Calawisan, Mactan, said Michele Chiu–Bacungan, JVC sales and marketing manager. Majority or some 85 percent of the homeowners in both subdivisions purchased the units to be used as their first homes. JVC started pre-selling Navona and Portville Prime house units in 2015. Both projects are part of the P2.5 billion development which started in 2013. The firm is now building Tierra Nava, a new project in Carcar City. It will launch two more projects in the next few weeks. PR
