Paramount offers The Links for yuppies, startup families

Friday, November 10, 2017

REAL estate developer Paramount Property Ventures Inc. (PPVI) is inviting young professionals and startup families to move to Mactan and own a home at The Links, its newest community located in Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City.

Arli Arenas-Vergara, vice president for international operations of PPVI, said they saw that Cebuanos are more open to live in Mactan.

“The beautiful Mactan island is ideal given that everything you need is within striking distance. There are malls, churches, ecozone, schools, the airport plus numerous resorts surround the community,” she added.

The company has initially presented The Links to the public and got positive feedback.

“We have a good number of inquiries. And we see this as an indicator that many are open to moving to Mactan,” said Arenas-Vergara. “At the rate things are going, we expect The Links to be in the market for only a short period of time. Those who are intending to invest already covers up a big share of the project’s total inventory.” The Links features loft style living with amenities perfect fit for a modern and stylish lifestyle.

Upon entering the neighborhood, homeowners are greeted with an automated entrance gate. The Activity Pavilion is also WiFi ready, making it easy for unit owners to throw parties and stay connected with friends online. It will also have a plunge pool with sundeck.

The Links offers four minimalist house designs -- Moderno, Contempo, Cresco, and Deco. All the house types have built-in basic intrusion alarm system for the safety of Cebuano families.

Today, PPVI will be hosting a preview event for The Links, a good time for interested home buyers to know more about the company’s latest residential project. The event will be held at the Pacific Cebu Resort International from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (PR)
