CSC 7 announces topnotchers, passers

THE Civil Service Commission in Central Visayas announced the regional top 10 passers of the career service professional and sub-professional examinations conducted last May 22 in the cities of Cebu and Dumaguete.

There were a total of 4,279 examinees that took the professional test, with only 13.09 percent passing rate, while there were 1,000 examinees for the sub-professional examination, with a passing rate of 5.03 percent.

The top 10 passers for the professional examinations are Init, Joshua Jon M. with 84.08; Lim, Kenneth C. with 84.07; Benedian, Pablito Jr. C. with 83.62; Obligar, Inocencio Jr. C. with 83.46; Layon, Ma. Jael Jasmine B. with 83.33; Abellana, Tiffany Grace E. with 83.26; Alegado, Jan Lorenzo G. 83.12; Arnado, Caroline Shane M. with 83.05; Nakar, Enrique T. with 82.97; and Labi, Kathryn Y. with 82.96.

For the sub-professional, the top 10 are Jaugan, Carolyn C. with 84.20; Laro, Cara
Ariane W. with 83.75; Bandico, Jonahmae H. with 82.86; Tose, Rainville Love D. with 82.54; Gahilomo, Chandler A. with 82.34; Tinambacan, Kristal Dee Q. with 82.32; Lu, Charmaine Rose S. with 82.21; Acaso, Joe-in R. with 81.81; Lopez, Bernardine T. with 81.80; Bad-an, Jeanette C. with 81.80; and Castor, Stephanie S. with 81.69.

The awarding ceremony of the topnotchers, which will also confer certificates of eligibility to passers of the May 22 test, will be held during the orientation on government personnel recruitment and selection on Aug. 23-24 at the CSC 7 multi-purpose hall, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City.

A similar activity will also be scheduled for the passers in Dumaguete. The time and venue will be announced later.

All passers are required to bring their valid identification cards bearing their pictures and signatures, and two passport-size pictures with complete name tag (preferably identical with the picture used in the application form).
