“Sony Philippines acknowledges its responsibility to the communities. This is the time to move forward and rebuild lives that were affected by typhoon Sendong, and we would like to participate in a way that we know. We did this after Typhoon Ondoy devastated Manila and now, we are bringing it to our fellowmen in Iligan, Cagayan de Oro and nearby provinces,” said Sony Philippines managing director Takao Kuroda.
For in-warranty customers, Sony offers free labor, check-up and cleaning of all Sony products and 40 percent discount on all parts.
These services are applicable to both walk-in and home-service customers. Home-service customers will just have to take care of the transportation cost.
For out of warranty customers, they may avail of the 20 percent discount on parts and 40 percent discount on labor costs.
This service support runs until April 30.
However, for costumers with unrepairable units, Sony offers P4,000 discount on any purchase of Bravia units (32 inches and up). This will run for the whole month of February.
For more information, one may visit sony.com.ph., or get in touch with Solid Service at 330-1111 or CCC at 878-7600.
