2 abandoned babies at Asilo

THE Asilo de la Milagrosa, a licensed and accredited child-caring agency, is looking for the parents or relatives of the two babies who are currently under the agency’s care.
The concerned parents or relatives are advised to visit Asilo and look for social worker Gerald O. Ebanen from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., or call Asilo at 232-2443.

Failure to come to Asilo within three months beginning today would mean declaration of child’s abandonment for adoption through the Department of Social Welfare and Development pursuant to Republic Act 9523, or An Act Requiring the Certification of the DSWD to Declare a Child Legally Available for Adoption.
The following children were abandoned by their birthmothers a few days after giving birth at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in December last year.
