WHILE most lovers celebrated Valentine’s Day last Feb. 14, for Ens Gorgonio Ingking Sr. and his wife Alicia it was much deeper than that as they witnessed the conferment ceremony of their third child, Edgardo, with the rank insignia of one-star general at the PNP Star Officer’s Lounge in Camp Crame.
The ceremony, which was made after President Benigno Aquino III signed the promotion of Chief Supt. Ingking last Feb. 3, was led by Philippine National Police Chief Nicanor Bartolome.
