1T patients in San Fernando get free medical services

SOME 110 residents in Panadtaran, San Fernando received a pair of eyewear each when a medical mission Taiheiyo Cement Philippines Inc. (TCPI), organized recently, noted their eyesight problems.

The mission returned to Panadtaran since November 2009 when it first attended to 989 patients, this time, treating 1,114 residents, including 97 with dental cases and 80 others who availed of blood sugar testing.

Citigym holds surgical mission

A TOTAL of 160 residents from Barangay Lahug, Cebu City benefited from the surgical mission organized recently by the 24-hour fitness center, Citigym.

The activity, which was held in partnership with the Junior Chamber International Zugbuana, Philippine College of Surgeons–CEVC, and the Cebu Doctors University Hospital-department of surgery, was Citigym’s way of giving back to the community. It was held at the Lahug Barangay Hall.

Philips donates P50T worth of bulbs to Lapu

PNP holds medical, dental mission

AT LEAST 150 people benefited from the “Operation Tuli” and dental mission held recently at the Mandaue City Central Elementary School in Mandaue City.

Organized by the national headquarters of the Philippine National Police, there were 100 residents who availed of the dental mission and 55 boys, ages five to 12, underwent circumcision.

Scavengers finish weaving training
