Habagat to spearhead Earth Hour Bike Ride

MORE than 100 bikers have signed up for the Earth Hour bike ride on March 27 at the Outpost Resturant in Nivel Hills.
This event is staged to support the Earth Hour campaign and will be participated by bikers and outdoor enthusiasts who share a concern for the environment.

“This is a part of Habagat’s advocacy and campaign in the preservation of our natural resources,” said Habagat marketing supervisor Ryan Luig.
he added that they were overwhelmed with the initial turn-out because they thought they can only attract 50 riders.
The number increased after the event was made known through e-mails and social networking sites.
