Shabu-Shabu Buffet Festival and Summer Coolers at Choi City

DID you know the name “shabu-shabu” is derived from the “swish swish” sound of cooking the meat in the pot? Its origins are traced back to the Chinese hot pot known as “shuan yang rou.”

In recognition of this traditional style of cooking, Choi City Seafood Restaurant and Shabu Shabu, the best Chinese restaurant in Cebu, is holding a month-long Shabu Shabu Festival. From April 7 to May 7, Choi City is offering an eat-all-you can shabu-shabu lunch buffet, Mondays to Saturdays only. Choi City guests can enjoy a shabu-shabu feast to their heart’s content.

To kick off the festival, Emperor Choi will visit Choi City to make sure the restaurant serves only the finest shabu-shabu ingredients while offering a very affordable buffet price.

As part of the festivities, guests of Choi City Seafood Restaurant can have their photos taken for free with Emperor Choi.
