Espina: ‘Fun run’ and ‘Titanic’
-A A +AMonday, July 2, 2012
INDEED, it is “More Fun in Cebu” and it comes in many ways.

When we were thinking of integrating sports tourism during Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Cebu Business Month tourism events for this year, Joy Polloso and I thought of a “bikathon” race, but time was against us. So, Cherry Callelero, Tess Chan and I thought that a fun run would be jollier. So, it worked with more than 800 participants last June 16 at Ayala Center Cebu. Tireless Cebu never runs out of novel ideas.

FUN RUN COUNTDOWN. MCE, Tess Chan, Ted Locson and Prudencio Gesta, with Jong Fernandez as event emcee.
Come Saturday, July 7, 7 p.m. at the Cebu City Marriot Hotel, the American Chamber, recaptures the 100 years of Titanic in a more positive note in colorful setting, entertainment galore; songs and dances featuring a special guest performer, the Renaissance Band.
Be there!
