Contempo Property Holdings: Redefining communities

EVEN with several established real-estate developers racing to build homes in Cebu, there are still gaps in the market that remain unserved.
One of the newest players in the industry, Contempo Property Holdings Inc., aims to fill one by catering to the middle-income segment.

Contempo is set to be a builder of affordable homes for the working-class Filipinos ready to move up to better living options. The company is inspired by the average Filipino’s aspirations for a home: convenient and accessible location, safety and security features, enhanced recreational and leisure facilities for residents of all ages, affordable payment options, and professional property management services, among
others – all in a good neighborhood.

Its flagship project is a three-tower green sanctuary set on a one-hectare property a few meters away from H. Cortes. The location is a quick drive away from schools, churches, offices, and four malls – Ayala Center Cebu, SM City Cebu, Parkmall and J Centre Mall.

Fifty percent of the property is dedicated to its amenities: a huge swimming pool, a clubhouse, a barbeque station, gym, a, badminton court, a playground and a prayer room. All of these amenities are set to shape a community of good neighbors to create that bayanihan spirit that’s distinctive to the Filipinos.

The project will be launched within the year.

According to Contempo’s marketing and sales consultant Tetta Baad, it will take three to five years to complete the development.

She adds that, “If the response is overwhelming, we might be able to finish all three towers within three years.”
