LAUGHTER and team work have made the Zonta Club of Cebu 1 intact all these years. The continuity of programs in healthcare was assured, as one president came after another.
The choreographed (like a musicale) turn-over of presidency from super-energetic Stella Bernabe, whose biennium reign from 2010-12 was exemplary, to equally dynamic Lucille Colina, who takes over from 2012-14, was as fun as it was symbolic of the healthy bonding of the Zontians.
