CEBU'S Original Lechon Belly has expanded its network of take-out outlets by opening a new one at SaveMore Supermarket Food Area in E-Mall (Elizabeth Mall).
Its other outlets are located at Parkmall (with dining area), Waka-Waka Grill (Wilson St., Lahug, Cebu City), P. Del Rosario St. (in front of the USC Main), Waling Waling St., (near Chong Hua Medical Arts Bldg.), F. Llamas St., Barangay Punta Princesa (along Lourdes Parish Church), Kaona Grill, (A.S. Fortuna, Mandaue City), and Subangdaku Outlet (along the flyover).
Cebu’s Original Lechon Belly became a huge hit when it was introduced last year with the Marlon Gochan at the helm of its conceptualization.
Since the belly is the usual favorite part of the lechon, Gochan developed a new technique in preparing Lechon Belly—“a process of deboning only the whole pork belly/side of the pig, spicing it up with special ingredients then slow-roasting it out with open-charcoal fire.”
One will get to enjoy all-meat, no bones lechon goodness. And one can order it spicy, too.
Cebu’s Original Lechon Belly also offers Lechon Padala. For more information, visit http://cebuslechonbelly.com.
