Modena: A dream of modern living

MODENA is the latest offering from King Properties, the real-estate arm of Juanito King and Sons, Inc. It is envisioned to be modern communities that are tailor-fit to the Filipino lifestyle, while also promoting harmony with nature.

Modena will be a series of subdivisions: Modena Mactan was launched in December, while Modena Minglanilla is set to be launched within the year. The development in Consolacion will be launched next year.

“Our Modena series will showcase contemporary Asian-inspired homes that will feature lush pocket green areas in the surroundings,” says Kenneth King, assistant general manager of King Properties.

Modena prides itself on having unique designs.

“We wanted to build not just shelters but houses that families would look forward to coming home to at the end of the day.”

King Properties has collaborated with six Cebuano architects. Each design maximizes the potential of the space, and allows natural air and light to come into the houses.

All units have carports, service areas, rainwater catchment tanks and kitchen and bedroom cabinetry.

Currently, Modena’s offerings include townhouses, duplexes, single attached and single detached units, with prices ranging from P2.1 to 2.9 million.

“Our market for Modena is the middle income family. Our aim however, is to provide the best home for the price we have set,” King states.

Subdivision’s amenities include a convertible basketball court, an intricately-designed multi-functional hall, lush parks and children’s playground.
