The Palace celebrates third anniversary

THEY say third time’s a charm and Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort and Spa did have very great third year worth celebrating.
General manager Jonathan Nowell announced their passing the ISO 9001:2008 certification which give them another identity and make them a step ahead of competition. This came on the heels of their numerous awards received from Agoda, an online hotel reservation service and Rakuten Travel, a Japanese online site.
Nowell also reported an average occupancy rate of 70 percent. While they are a preferred hotel of Koreans, they also saw an increase of Russian, Japanese and domestic guests making their market more diversified than ever, said Kristine
Mangapis, revenue manager.
Dominic Dorol, director of sales and marketing, added that this year they will also be tapping the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
They have exciting plans lined up for next year: its Experience the Palace branding; development of its loyalty rewards program and an improved website with mobile site with booking capabilities, among others.
