THE Company, the country’s premiere vocal group, is back in Cebu in a gig to be held on Oct. 6, 6 p.m. at the Activity Center of Ayala Center Cebu (ACC).
Composed of Sweet Plantado, Annie Quintos, Cecile Bautista, Jay Marquez and Moy Ortiz who produced the album now out from Viva Records, The Company will be lighting up our hearing senses anew with Lighthearted 2, a collection of today’s biggest hits and chart toppers which include hits by Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber and more. CD buyers will also get the chance to meet and greet the vocal group after show.
After a successful run with 2010’s Lighthearted CD, their latest opus Lighthearted 2 goes from pop covers, to ballads to R&B songs like Just The Way You Are, originally sung by Bruno Mars to hip hop, as heard in their head-bobbing treatment of Rocketeer by Far East Movement.
