CAMELLA, a subsidiary of Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., is offering ready for occupancy (RFO) units in the City of Carcar, southern Cebu.

These RFO units are offered at very affordable rates with as low as P5,000 reservation fee and down payment of ten percent stretched to eight months.

Probably among the first national developers to extend its reach to Carcar City, Camella places great confidence on the market of Carcar City, which is located approximately 40 km south of Cebu City. Developing in Carcar City also encourages urban decongestion away from central Cebu City with the hope of drawing people out of the overcrowded core and easing Cebu City’s traffic gridlock.

Camella Carcar is developed with the aim of embracing the essence of community living and the cultural heritage of Carcar. It carries a Spanish motif, yet offers modern designed homes and amenities.

Development includes areas for passive recreation with a basketball court, a beautifully landscaped energy park, children’s playground and an inviting multi-purpose hall.

House models Reana and Carmela, both single detached, are convenient home design options for the RFO units. The Reana has a minimum lot area of 66 square meters and a floor area of 40 square meters; while the Carmela has a minimum lot area of 88 square meters and a floor area of 65 square meters.
