Camella inaugurates Azienda Genova model units

THE newest enclave in Camella Homes’ Azienda community is ready for lot buyers to start building their homes.
More than a year after its launching in August 2011, the site development for for the 3.8-hectare Azienda Genova has been completed.
In celebration of this, Camella Homes hosted a blessing and housewarming ceremony in December of 2012. It inaugurated the model units for the Mariana, Dorina and Carmina types of houses.
Camella Visayas operations head Atty. Pamela Gako tells Sun.Star Cebu that Genova is their first of the Azienda communities that caters to slopes.
Azienda is a 100-hec-tare master-planned community sitting atop the hills of Talisay.
It comprises of Italian-themed enclaves.
Genova, which offers an unobstructed view of the sea, will only have 204 neighbors. The community’s amenities include a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a playground, and a basketball court.
According to Gako, although most buyers of Genova are from abroad, Camella is up for more projects that will cater to starting and expanding families from class B to C.
