Landtraders launches San Marino Residences

MONTHS after they held the groundbreaking ceremony for their maiden project, Landtraders World Properties Corp. officially launched the San Marino Residences on Jan. 12.
The San Marino Residences is a 420-unit condominium that prides itself on being ‘right across everything’ – across SM City Cebu. The location, within walking distance of the domestic seaport, also targets the project towards out-of-towners and expats who travel frequently.
This Mediterranean-inspired development is an economic condominium, with prices of all 22-sq.m. units starting at P1.4 million.
It offers an elegant lobby and reception counter, three-level parking, twin high-speed elevators, a 100 percent backup generator, and round-the-clock security, among others.
The ground level will also have a gym, a laundry outlet, a pharmacy, and a convenience store.
The roof deck, apart from offering a 360-degree view of the city and the Mactan Channel, will also be a venue for functions.
Since selling commenced three months ago, 40 percent of the units have been sold, according to chief executive officer Michelle Yu.
San Marino Residences is set to top off by December of this year, while turnover is estimated to be on October 2014.
