RADISSON Blu Hotel Cebu’s Feria Restaurant ushers the Year of the Water Snake with a bang as it serves up irresistible Chinese cuisine offerings for the Cebuano community and travelers alike.
On Saturday, Feb. 9, the eve of Chinese New Year, Feria opens its doors to discerning diners seeking an authentic and extensive dining experience packed with value. With three mainstay Chinese chefs including Chef Peter Yeung, the hotel’s head Chinese chef who specializes in Cantonese cuisine, Chef Zheng “Eric” Ziliang, a dimsum chef and Chef Li Baojiang who specializes in La Mien or the art of hand-pulled noodles, Feria promises to deliver an authentic Chinese buffet that will leave you wanting more. From delectable appetizers, sumptuous soups, time-honored carvings including Peking duck, a wide array of dim sum and desserts, Wok On Saturdays is an unbelievable treat for the whole family. To top it all off, Wok On Saturdays is offered at 50 percent off Feria’s regular buffet rate, at only P595 per person. Now that’s more than enough reason for a celebration.
Wok On Saturdays is offered for dinner on Feb. 9 and for lunch and dinner every Saturday thereafter. Seats are limited, prior reservation is recommended.
