WITH the theme “Quest Goes Red This Feb” in their mind, Quest Hotel Cebu celebrates the month of February in style—gastronomically speaking that is.
Quest Hotel offered only the best to the hotel guests and locals as they were treated to a scrumptious and delightful Chinese New Year’s Eve dinner buffet at the hotel’s Puso Bistro and Bar last Feb. 9.
With favorites like spring rolls for appetizers, Peking duck and assorted dim sums for main course and steamed tikoy and buchi for dessert, the hotel celebrated in true Chinese culinary fashion, which delighted people who were eager to get a taste of an authentic Chinese New Year feast without the hassle of preparing it themselves.
Along with a buffet, a festive and colorful lion and dragon dance, accompanied by a symphony of gongs, cymbals and a beating drum enthralled dining guests as the dancers paraded around the hotel, spreading good fortune for one and all.
The second day of the feast offered lunch and dinner buffet, giving locals and guests alike ample time to enjoy the delectable cuisine that was offered to one and all. Hannah Obal, STC Masscom intern
