Ayer’s Lechon House opens outlet in SM Supermarket

SINCE business started in 2009, Cebu’s Ayer Lechon has become one of the most sought-after lechon places in town, with a loyal following of locals and tourists alike.
It has led to the opening of several quick-service restaurants, all of which have been successful.
Such is their success that, one restaurant is not enough for one mall. Ayer’s Lechon House in SM City Cebu gets a lot of diners more than the place can accommodate. This has led to the opening of a takeout and quick meal outlet, located at the SM Supermarket.
A part of the roster of food stalls in the grocery area, the location of the new outlet makes it ideal for those people waiting for their families to finish doing the groceries, those looking for a quick bite to eat, or those who want to take food home.
The Ayer’s Lechon House stall offers lechon, boneless lechon, dinuguan, bopis, sisig, pritchon and selected value meals.
The SM Supermarket branch is the second food court outlet, following SM City Consolacion. According to Ayer’s Lechon House’s manager Jesse Badilles, Ayer’s future plans are centered on more quick service restaurants.
