Cebu City welcomes back Kaona Grill-A A +A

GREAT ambiance, awesome food, ice-cold beer - all the ingredients for the ultimate chillax evening in the 032. You won’t have to look far because old-time favorite resto hang-out is back in the city. Remember the good old days with friends at the old Kaona across Ayala?
Well #throwbackthursdays and #flashbackfridays just got real. Now in its new location at the corner of Wilson St. Lahug, Kaona Grill is serving up their all-time favorite grilled dishes that you know and love. That’s something that people are gladly going to welcome back with open arms.
Once you step inside, you’ll still feel the same relaxed and inviting garden vibe. You wouldn’t even notice that it’s parallel to Salinas Drive! Also, the new Kaona Grill’s interiors have definitely leveled up with lovely Anahaw details on the roof and on the sides of the bar. One thing’s for sure, their trademark chalkboard art is still very much alive and all over the place. In fact, a giant welcome back sign will be the first to greet you.
If you want to experience a different kind of party - one in your mouth! - then have a taste of their signature Crispy Kare-Kare. One bite of this deep-fried pork, peanut sauce, crisp native veggies and bagoong dish will have you throwing that diet out the window. Let’s not forget the pork belly, sizzling sisig, squid a la pobre and a fresh new twist to the famous barbecue - pork, chicken and shrimp kebabs! Wash this down with an ice-cold bottle of beer (or two or three) or a glass of Dalandan Slush. Diners can’t go wrong with any item from the menu.
Kaona Grill has been in the food business for almost 10 years since their original spot at the Cebu Business Park to the corner of AS Fortuna and now in Lahug. Serving the best food and service has always been their number one priority.
Whether you’re having your favorite meal or just hanging out for a beer, the ambiance of their garden setting will put you at ease right away, making you feel like you are out of the city. If you’re looking for a place to chill, with great food, and great music, you know you where you have to be.
New address, same great experience. Head on down to Kaona Grill at Wilson St. Lahug, Cebu City. It is open from Monday to Sunday 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., 6 – 12 p.m.
