MiVeSa’s groundbreaking was a celebration of the efforts that made the project a reality.
The Cebu Landmasters executives with the government officials from the Cebu City and Barangay Lahug broke the ground for MiVeSa last month for a momentous project that will change the landscape of the barangay.
The name MiVeSa comes from being centrally located at the middle of Veterans Drive and Salinas Drive. This location also adds another advantage to the garden residence, as per Cebu Landmaster chief executive officer, Joe Soberano. The area is near to both the city and the mountain areas of Cebu City.
MiVeSa will be living their tag line of having a greener grass on their side. They take pride in providing a garden kind of living to their residents.
MiVeSa is designed to fit the lifestyle of the active Filipino. They have more than 40 percent open and green space, which allows the residents to enjoy. The project will have a clubhouse, pocket parks, jogging paths, retail spaces, and a meditation garden.
The project sits on a 1.8 hectare property with a total of seven mid-rise towers. Each tower will only have six to 10 floors. The low density of units creates a more intimate community.
The development of the property will undergo three phrases and is expected to be finished in three to four years.
This is the 12th project of Cebu Landmasters that is in a strategic location. Aside from MiVeSa, this homegrown developer is also busy with other projects and is looking forward for more in the future.
“We want to introduce these projects that are market-driven, timely, and of high quality,” Soberano said. (ADO)
