Chemworld Fragrance Factory opens at SM City Cebu-A A +A
Tuesday, December 3, 2013
IN A world where businesses are all about making money and competition, Chemworld Fragrance Factory (CFF) proves that they have the heart to go on.
Last Nov. 21, they opened their first branch outside Luzon in SM City Cebu. This is their way of reaching out to Cebuano clients and in making their products affordable, instead of letting them pay for shipping costs.
CFF started in 1985 and now the company is rooted in entrepreneurship. They ventured into this cause when they gave trainings to their parish in 2003.
“This was a way for us to give back to the community,” Fred Reyes, president of Chemworld, said of their trainings.
Perfume making was the most preferred training among the participants. The company grew as they supplied attendees with the necessary materials for their perfumery business. Now, Chemworld already has six branches including the one in Cebu and still growing.
The company takes pride in selling and distributing high-quality perfume oils straight from France. They continue to provide trainings in all their branches every Wednesdays and Saturdays. Trainees can also purchase starter kits to jumpstart their perfume business.
CFF has already trained more than 7,000 entrepreneurs.
To reach more customers and foster the entrepreneurial spirit, CFF will be opening another branch next month in Davao. (ADO)
