Tokyo Joe opens new branches

TOKYO Joe is a new Japanese fast food restaurant that specializes in beef bowl misono. The restaurant brand was launched in March of 2012 in Cebu and has five branches in major malls and recently.

Recently, the restaurant opened three more branches in different locations in the Philippines, namely Gaisano Mall Davao, SM Dasmarinas and Robinson’s Iloilo.

Tokyo Joe wants to succeed in the fast food business. Their strategy is to get away from the chicken-dominated industry and create its own niche. By positioning a well-loved Japanese product—beef misono—and creating value around it by offering upgrades or add-ons, the customer would never get tired of enjoying what’s on the menu. (PR)
