WHEN shovels hit the ground for the groundbreaking ceremony of Ultima Prime last Jan. 8, it marked the completion of Fuente Towers which comprises the Crown Regency Hotel & Tower (Tower 1), Club Ultima (Tower 2) and Ultima Residences (Tower 3).
This fourth icon will rise 32-storey high, featuring 95 loft-type residential condominiums promoting modern, quality and affordable units.
The long-awaited event was attended by chairman/chief executive officer of Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corp.Richard King, Pag-ibig vice president Victoria B. dela Pena, Pag-ibig Division chief for Housing Loans Grace B. Plaza and Engr. Senen Catingub, Pag-ibig Department Manager Rio Teves and Housing & Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) Director Dir. Alixes “Roy” Lopez and Atty. Lyndon Juntilla.

not miss to dig the ground during the celebration headed by their president Engr. Manuel Mendoza and other representatives.
