CRIMSON Mactan brings to the table three exciting food fixes for January and February that will ignite the interest of many food aficionados.
At Tempo, the succulent and flavorful wagyu beef will indulge diners every night. Let the tender meat melt in your mouth as the pure flavor of beef accentuated by caramelized onion coat your palette with divine pleasure. Pair it with taro chips and organic greens for a satisfying and healthy meal.
On Fridays, immerse yourself in the rich tradition and art of wine drinking. Enjoy relaxed conversation over Chilean wines and some bites in between to keep your palette clean and ready to taste the difference and distinction from one kind to the next.
Smell, swirl and enjoy wine with cheese and other bites from 5-7 p.m. at Tempo.
Tuesdays and Thursdays will be zesty, as Executive Stuart Blair brings an original themed buffet featuring lemons, lime, and kalamansi in Saffron Cafe’s Citrus Buffet.
Experience a different twist and dimension as food if given a new paradigm. As a sweet finish, bite into key lime pie or the vanilla, cinnamon and lime panna cotta. This themed buffet is certainly different but uniquely pleasant it will keep you wanting more.
