CELEBRATING with your loved ones during birthdays, weddings or even simple get togethers require good, quality food. This is what Flavors by Tanny’s offers— unique flavorful food items in an “upscale affordable family fine dining place.”
Flavors by Tanny’s is the brainchild of Stan Tanchan who is a chef entrepreneur with extensive experience in the kitchen for 10 years; so he knows what he is talking about when he talks about food.
According to him, the menu is inspired by family recipes and some are international recipes from Vietnam, Japan, China, Korea and even New Zealand. He calls it a freestyle menu.
"Freestyle is the term they use if there is a restaurant with different choices and flavors," explains Tanchan.
Tanchan revealed that they grow their own fresh fruits and vegetables in their organic farm.
Must-tries at Flavors are "Tanny's Organic House Salad" which has a special spicy roe dressing; Flavors Spring Roll is delicious and you won't even know it's vegetarian; another Vietnamese inspired "Pho" chero with beef shank and Vietnamese rice noodles; and Flavors Kaldereta Special, which they make from scratch with their own special sauce.
