IN A resort-themed launch, Grand Land, Inc. unveiled its latest project in Lapu-Lapu City.

Staying true to what the new project is all about, guests were invited to the official launching of Amani Grand Resort Residences last March 7.

“This is a community that everybody deserves and can easily acquire,” Kristina Pestaño, vice president of Grand Land, Inc., said during the opening remarks.

Amani Grand a modern-day typical Asian living. It takes pride on its core values: peace, harmony, serenity, and a happy family.

The new project is a mid-rise development of six buildings. The low density of units assures future residents of a quiet and intimate living space. This matches the eclectic culture and the resort atmosphere of the city. It has resort amenities within community so residents don’t have to go out. It has pools, lagoon, jogging trail, and viewing deck among many others.

Grand Land, Inc was first launched in 2011 and already has seven developments under its wing. There certainly is more to come for this homegrown development company.

“We don’t want to build houses, we want to build homes,” Ryan Bernard Go, president of Grand Land, Inc., added.

Amani Grand is located along Matumbo-Pusok Road, Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City. (ADO)
