Mission

Timeless and tireless Humanitarian Felisa Yap Chiongbian, founder of Georich Livelihood and Scholarship Foundation, celebrated her birthday by sharing her fortune with her prime projects and friends. Her collection of prayers speaks of her piety and dedication. She stewards the Banilad Center for Professional Development, which schedules summer sessions in basic housekeeping, cooking and baking from April 25 to May 24. The center has a poverty alleviation project for low-income women, registered
at Technical Education and Skills Authority.

SP Comm Kit: Lessons in “social graces and etiquette” are simply the same as what elders describe as “good manners and right conduct” (or GMRC). It used to be a single subject in the grade school and high school curriculum, but it is currently integrated in related courses. The basic GMRC revolves around saying, “Good day,” “Please,” “Thank you,” “Excuse me,” and other expressions of politeness and courtesy.

Furthermore, it nurtures the virtues of honesty, industriousness, promptitude, truthfulness, respectfulness, the habits of cleanliness and orderliness. All these make us “socially gracious and prim and proper,” expressed in good usage and decorum.
