FOR most people, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And chef Steve Shrinski of Canvas Bistro Gallery at Ayala Center Terraces certainly couldn’t agree with this more.

This is why he has whipped up an early morning treat that will start your morning right and perk you up for the rest of the day.

The bistro offers a delectable menu which is modern Australian cuisine, and ranges from light to heavy, with appetizing side dishes to choose from. If you haven’t tried Korean kimchee or bean sprout pancakes, then it’s about time that you do because it is really different! Or if omelets are your favorite breakfast fare, you will find a host of them at the bistro prepared in the most unusual way.

The diner have eggs prepared any way one wants them: poached, scrambled, fried or boiled complete with hash brown potato, fresh Aussie beef sausage, grilled bacon, tomato, and sauteed garlic and mushrooms.

The Canvas Bistro Gallery will opens its doors for breakfast starting at 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. A good breakfast will start you on the road of a good day. Here’s one way to do it deliciously so.
