PACIFIC Land Ventures prepares to fulfill its promise to clients of their project, The MidPoint Residences, as they broke ground and held blessing of the site last June 26.

They held the groundbreaking ahead of schedule because of the warm reception received by the project.

The project sits in a 1,784 squared-meter area and has two towers with 28 floors each.

Tower 1 has around 229 units while tower 2 has 296 units. It is targeted to be completed by the third quarter of 2017.

Although Pacific Land has only been in the industry since 2006, they have developed three projects in Cebu and are looking into more opportunities in the future.

The strategic location of The MidPoint provides accessibility to schools and business centers in Cebu. Aside from that, every unit buyer gets a free air-conditioner and a membership in PLV Sports Club, which is just within the area.

The development is targeting the upward mobile yuppies and young families because of its location. Middle-aged buyers are also investing in the development, including call center agents. Students are the incidental market of The MidPoint as parents are purchasing units for students from the nearby universities.

The MidPoint Residences is located along Ines Ouano Road, A.S. Fortuna Street, Banilad, Mandaue City. (ADO)
