Manuel C. Alberto, vice president of Rustan Supercenters Inc., explained that the Filipinos, through the years, have become more sophisticated with their lifestyles and they have taken the challenge to live up to the expectations of Filipino shoppers.

“We need to make shopping pleasurable so we need to innovate and always have to be a step ahead. We believe that the overall shopping experience is important.”

Manuel Alberto said they would be introducing personalized shopping services, taking the urban supermarket to a whole new level and a whole new experience.
