18-year-old found dead with gunshot in the head

TWO unidentified gunmen shot and killed an 18-year-old man in Barangay Toong, Cebu City yesterday morning.
Victim Jerry Boy Mansalay sustained a bullet wound in the head.
Sarah Jean Recla of the Homicide Section of the Cebu City Police Office said they have yet to determine the motive for the shooting.
“The victim only left the orphanage last June,” Recla said in Cebuano.
She said Mansalay had been there since he was three years old.
According to police investigation, two men on board a motorcycle went to the victim’s boarding house around 4 a.m. to fetch him.
His bloodied body was discovered at 5:30 a.m.
Police hope to find witnesses to the incident.
