CEBU -- Multi-division world champion Manny Pacquiao is expected to strut the stuff boxing greats are made of once again – or not unlikely for the last time – Sunday (Saturday in the US) when he faces erstwhile tormentor WBO welterweight titlist Timothy Bradley anew in a rematch at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao, aiming to fashion out a more convincing win against the unbeaten Bradley, is primed to regenerate the formidable prowess that made him the top pound-for-pound fighter this century and retrieve the WBO welterweight belt he lost to the then American challenger in June of last year via split decision.

With no chance of fighting Floyd Mayweather in sight and no worthy opponent left to fight, this could be Pacquiao’s last match and he needs to make his farewell performance in an outstanding and convincing fashion.

Compounding the Filipino boxing icon’s drive to get back at Bradley was the latter’s unsavory remarks, claiming that Pacquiao has already lost his killer instinct.

Pacquiao said he’s not aiming for a knockout win, but he will finish off Bradley if the opportunity presents itself.

"I do not think Bradley will fight toe-to-toe with me either, so I will have to hunt him down,” Pacquiao told media in a recent press conference.

“I am prepared for that. I am not going for a knockout but if the opportunity presents itself, I am going to go for it this time,” he said.

“Bradley's talk that I am no longer hungry has inspired me throughout this training camp. As Freddie Roach keeps saying every day in training: 'No Mercy,'" the Pacman added.

The last time Manny Pacquiao scored a knockout was back in 2009 when sent Miguel Cotto down to the canvas. From that point on, Pacquiao has managed only two knock-downs -- against Shane Mosley and in his last fight versus Juan Manuel Marquez. (Sunnex)
