POLICE arrested four people allegedly selling shabu during separate buy-bust operations on Thursday night.
The Regional Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group (Raidsotg) 7 caught an alleged drug pusher and his two cohorts on C. Padilla St., Barangay Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City at 6:30 p.m.
Senior Insp. Henrix Bancoleta of Raidsotg 7 identified them as Al Dickina, Alvin Zamora and Nikki Cabatino.
Seized from them were four small packs and one medium pack of suspected shabu estimated to be worth P20,000 in street sales.
A poseur buyer bought P200 worth of shabu from Dickina, who was the subject of the operation.
When Dickina handed over the item, he and Zamora were taken by police. The operatives went inside Dickina’s house and caught Cabatino also with shabu.
Bancoleta said that Dickina told them he started selling drugs nine months ago.
“He said was forced to sell shabu because he’s out of work,” he said.
The three suspects were detained in Waterfront Police Station.
Meanwhile, the Provincial Intelligence Branch of Cebu Provincial Police Office (CPPO) confiscated P50,000 worth of shabu in Barangay Matutinao, Badian at 7:10 p.m.
The operatives also arrested Armando Divinagracia, 49, who was allegedly a level-three drug pusher, who can dispose of at least 50 grams of shabu a week.
