THE Legislative Building is all set for Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III’s address at the Capitol Session Hall tomorrow.

In the address called “Report to the People,” Davide will deliver his accomplishment report to the public in the Provincial Board’s (PB) regular session.

Seats inside the session hall at the building’s fourth floor are reserved for mayors from 44 towns and seven cities in the Province. They will sit behind the PB members.

The elevated seats behind them will be occupied by guests.
Vice Gov. Agnes Magpale said a wide screen will be installed for everyone to monitor the proceedings closely.

There will also be chairs in the lobbies of the fourth and third floors and near the entrance to the building at the ground floor.

Like last year’s inaugural session, the PB members will march to the session hall.

After the presiding officer declares the start of the session, the PB members will meet the governor outside and escort him inside.

Davide is expected to report about his accomplishments in areas of agriculture and food production, health, education and other basic services, and the state of Capitol’s finances.

With only the report in the agenda, the session will be adjourned after Davide’s speech. (OCP)
