2 dead, 7 injured in Bogo vehicular accident

TWO men died while seven others were injured in a vehicular accident in Bogo City, northern Cebu on Sunday morning, June 18.

At 12:15 a.m., Romanito Reyes Mendoza died after the motorcycle he was driving was hit by another motorcycle driven by Cristian Leve Olivar on the national highway in Barangay Taytayan.

Mendoza's back riders Renante Ravena and John Daryl Mendoza were injured.

Olivar and his companion Joey Palma Abella sustained minor wounds.

In Barangay Anonang Norte, Marcelo Hinay Abo-abo succumbed to severe injuries after the motorcycle he was driving slipped on the road, hitting another motorcycle driven by Alvin Sumayang Itang traveling on the opposite lane at 2:30 a.m.
