A 26-YEAR-OLD man was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in Barangay Buanoy, Balamban, Cebu, around 5:30 p.m. Thursday, August 10.

Police identified the victim as Felibert Carmelotes Villabas, a resident of Barangay Agtugop, Asturias, Cebu, who succumbed to a gunshot wound in the head.

Before the incident, Villabas claimed his salary from their main office inside the compound of West Cebu Industrial Park in Buanoy.
